Throughout his career, he have focused on helping organizations improve how strategy, funding, execution, and delivery come together to produce measurable business results.

Craig's experience spans Agile transformation, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) operating model design, portfolio governance, project and product management, vendor management, change management, and executive stakeholder alignment. As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scaled Agilist, and Kanban Management Professional, he has helped businesses navigate complex change while improving delivery speed, transparency, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
